- Closed guard → Roger Gracie opposite arm control flower sweep → mount armbar → transition to sengaku triange → from sengaku triangle grab the kimura and roll to gain space to finish the move

- Leg drag → with opposite arm control opponents leg that was leg dragged → opponent defends by shrimping and putting the opposite leg in front as a defence → block that leg with one arm and put it down → put the weight on opponents leg, hugh the opponent and establish the control → jump over leg to complete the pass

- Buttefly sweep to side control → switch the base → armbar from mount setup → armbar finish
- Butterfly guard pass: grab lapel with one arm and smash opponents knee with another → finish in smash position, swithc hand that was on knee to hip or belt control → establish firm control with arm, weight and head → post on head and jump to another side → establish side control
- Butterfly guard pass: grab both lapels with arms, standup and puth weight on opponent → let go of one lapel and grab opposite side lapel underneath opponents legs, put weight on opponent, establish smash pass position → control opponents head with long step pass shoulder control → pass the guard

- Leg drag → with opposite arm control opponents leg that was leg dragged → opponent defends by shrimping and putting the opposite leg in front as a defense → block that leg with one arm and put it down → put the weight on opponents leg, hugh the opponent and establish the control → jump over leg to complete the pass
- Knee cut pass with collar control → opponent defends by turtuling up and is trying to put half guard hook → we counter opponents move by jumping on other side and taking back control
- De la riva entry → opponent counters with x-pass
- De la riva entry → establish bicep control → sweep to side
- De la riva entry → establish bicep and collar control → unbalance with sweep movement and go for triangle choke

- Start from standing up, control on collar and sleeve, put opponent inside closed guard → establish control of both sleeves and, move your hips out and establish the spider guard → go for spider guard sweep → opponent defends by posting on leg → draw opponents leg with leg, grab with arm underneath the leg and establish control of opponents leg, end up in modified x-like guard position → pull opponents arm, push with legs and work to x-guard position, sweep straight to side control

- 1 for 1; pull any type of guard → go for any sweep → go for any submission
- 1 for 1; takedown → go for any sweep → go for any submission
- 1:20 minute each; X-pass drill
